Changing a user's password

Login to the HowNow Online website - as an administrator for the firm.

Once logged in click on the "Welcome Back" drop down in the top right of the page, and select "Administration" as shown below:

From the "Administration" page select the "Users" option:

The next screen will display a list of user accounts set up under the firm. From the list find the user you wish to change the password of, this can be your own account. From the "Actions" column click on the "padlock" symbol:

Using the form provided, enter the new password for the users account twice, ensuring it matches both times. Then click the "Next" button. The password is updated and the user can login immediately using it. If you have changed your own account password please log out and back in using your next password.

It is our recommendation that a users password is changed regularly and at least every two months (60 days).
