Job Type Descriptions describe the types of jobs HowNow creates. They also describe the task template to be used when creating tasks for jobs.
Note: This function is only available if the HowNow Workflow module is installed.
To open this module, go to File > Administration > Workflow > Job Type Descriptions.
The Job Type Descriptions Select dialog appears.
To add a new description, click the New button. The Job Type Description Details dialog appears.
- Description - Enter or edit the description for this job type.
- Task Template - Optionally select a task template to be used when jobs of this type are created.
To edit an existing description, select the description and click the Edit button.
To delete an existing description, select the description and click the Delete button.
Note: a description cannot be deleted if it is in use.
