Allocating an Account to a Division or Department

To allocate an account to a division or department select the Accounts Tab, and click on the account to be allocated. Next to the account name, you will see a Division: None.  




Click on None to select the division the account is to be allocated to. 



You can see that the division in the account name has changed, and the account has been allocated to that division.
