Delete a Connection

If you currently have a contact sync and need to delete the connection you can follow the steps below. 

1. From the Welcome back menu, select Administration

2. Select Connections

3. Click on the Delete Connection icon and then confirm by clicking on the delete button

WARNING: Only perform this step if you are reconnecting to the same contact database - if you are moving to a new practice management system, we would recommend contacting our support team to talk through the process.
