The dashboard shows gives you a quick overview of the of the following areas.
My Review
This area will show Records where the Record status is set to a review type. You can choose to show review items where you are either the Reviewer, Manager, Partner or Preparer.
New Client Files
This area will show any records that have been upload to the Portal by your clients - it is looking at Records that are assigned to that status that is used records added from the Portal (e.g New Client Files or Downloaded status). By default you will see files that have been added this week, however you can user the filter to show All records that have this status (this will show you any records for the past 2 years). You are able to click on the blue bar and a slide out will come in from the right to show you the records that make up this number. From the slide out you can click on the record name and it will show you a preview of the file.
Latest Templates
This area will show you any new or updated current documents from the Knowledge area. Keep up to date with the latest templates, policies or procedures being added by Business Fitness or your firm.
Client Analysis
This area will show you the Top 10 clients based on the number of records added or modified for clients. You are able to filter this for Today, This Week, This Month and This Year (Financial Year). You are able to click on the blue bar and a slide out will come in from the right to show you the records that make up this number. From the slide out you can click on the record name and it will show you a preview of the file. You will only see Records in this slide out that you have access to.
Record Utilisation
This area will show you how many records each user of HowNow has added based on one of the following filters - Today, This Week, This Month and This Year (Financial Year). You are able to click on the blue bar and a slide out will come in from the right to show you the records that make up this number. From the slide out you can click on the record name and it will show you a preview of the file. You will only see Records in this slide out that you have access to.
Upcoming Birthdays
This area will show you any birthdays coming up for the next month, for users of HowNow. The user must have their birthday entered into their personal details for it to show in this section.
