Background
Business Fitness Importer enables the importing and continuous syncing of your firm's data from your CRM. By utilising this secure synchronisation, information is propagated through all Business Fitness products and ensures the most up-to-date information is always available.

Key information required for this application includes:
- Reliable internet access
- A Business Fitness account
- Access provided to our API
- A machine with sufficient access to the supported sync source
We will work with you to ensure your data source is supported, and perform the initial setup within our API.
Installation
Business Fitness Importer is a desktop application that requires installation on a machine with suitable access to your CRM. Support can provide the installation file upon request.

Run the installer and follow the prompts within the wizard. By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Business Fitness\Business Fitness Importer.
Using Business Fitness Importer
Importer has two states of running: Interactively via the interface, and silently using the previously logged in credentials. Interactive mode is intended for initial setup and any troubleshooting that might be necessary. The silent mode performs all the same functions, but does not require any user input.
Setup
In order to access the application, you'll first need to log in with a sufficiently privileged account.
Once logged in, you'll be met with a list of services that have been setup by our team.
From here you can update Settings for a service, or check the Status of an interactive sync. For initial setup, Settings will need to be configured. These settings may differ depending on the service being configured. Our team will be available to assist with this setup.
Once settings have been verified, a Sync can be performed. This is done via the Sync button on the Services list. Each item will complete in order per your configured sync types.
Silent Sync
When Business Fitness Importer is launched with a flag of "/silent", it will perform a sync of all configured services without launching the interface. This can be utilised to run per a schedule you define and keep information synchronised.
