HowNow X requires the Microsoft SQL Server Native Client to be installed. Administrative permissions are required for this installation.
This installation will need to be performed in two parts.
1. Users can download and install the HowNow Client without Administrative permission using the following Download link.

2. Administrators will need to follow the Firms IT policy to install the Native Client available via the following MSI Download link.
