Copy/Move Error 2

We usually see this issue when the Use Windows Explorer for Moving and Copying Files option is enabled.

To change this option, follow the steps below:

  1. In HowNow, go to File.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click System Settings.
  4. Untick the option called Use Windows Explorer for Moving and Copying Files.
  5. Click OK to save.
  6. Close and reopen HowNow.
    Note: This change is firm-wide and will apply to all users.
