Change your Password

You can reset your password from within the portal. From the Welcome back, <Your Name> area at the top right of the portal page, select Profile.


Note: the colours on your portal page will vary - it will depend on the branding of your accounting firm's portal.


From the profile page, click "Manage profile" which will take you to Business Fitness Identity. Once you are taken to the identity page select Password on the left hand side, type your old password, new password and confirm password, then press Update password.


You will receive a message that your password has been changed. You will then need to logout and login back into the portal.
