This area should only be changed in consultation with the HowNow Support Team.
When storing contact records, HowNow creates a folder structure consisting of a base path (stored in Database Settings) plus a folder that uniquely identifies the contact. This folder's name is usually either the contact's Client Code or Entity Name.
This dialog shows a list of all available contact fields with a check beside the field to be used to create contact identifying folders. At least one field must be checked.
To create several levels of folders in a group\entity name structure, check GroupName, Backslash and EntityName. The Backslash field would need to be added and populated with a backslash (\) first. See Display Field Editor for help in adding a new field.
To change the order of the storage fields, drag the fields to their required position.
