Issue: After applying changes to logo/branding in HN Portal (Settings > Branding), the Logo/Branding updates in the HowNow Portal are not being retained
Cause: Browser Caching Issue
Workaround/Resolution:
After applying the logo/branding settings in HN Portal (Settings > Branding):
If using Chrome, while on this page, click on the three dots at the top right corner of Chrome, then go to More tools > Developer tools.
Long-press the refresh icon at the top and select 'Empty cache and hard reload'. This action should apply the new logo and refresh the screen with the updated logo."
Alternatively, clear cache of your browser or try a different browser.
